NYCO, AGE315 said he could get it to you during the day if you’re still up to throw it on your trailer when you head this way?

I took a set of 5 jeep wheels to the metal recycler a few weeks ago, got $85 for them. The one I go to is Canland on Federal, just north of I-76. Just another option if you get to where you need to do something with them now

    Do they take alloys?

I have a set of 15” Prius wheels I’ve been trying to sell/get rid of for a while.

I bet that $85 was for alloys. Steel scrap is pennies on the pound.

Those were alloys. Pennies on the lb? I thought they quoted steel by the ton, but I haven't scrapped any of that in forever.

Yeah, last I knew it was per ton. My point was that if you scrapped steel wheels, you would have got like $1.

Has anyone explored using a PWM for their stock fog light wiring? Recently upgraded to Diode Dynamics SS3 (SAE approved) and trying to be a bit more courteous and dim them a bit while driving around the city.

Why not just turn them off in the city where you don't need them? Seems a lot simpler than wiring in a dimmer switch. If you're just doing it because it looks cool you could sell what you have and buying the SS3's with the backlight feature.

Currently have them off in the city- but do enjoy the idea of being able to modulate the brightness.

Had some friends do this with a Switchpro controller. Was curious other options to pick up another project I don’t really need :p
