New to me 2008 4cyl -- Please share thoughts on a rebuild???

Hello all, picked up this '08 awhile back. It's OK but quite rusted. The clutch completely shit out so I will have to replace both cylinders. The steering rack main seal is bad. It will need to be replaced. Hoping a new rack will also help a clunk in the front end while steering at park or low speed. I will have to do redo the front suspension too. She has 150k so might as well get new everything. Likely will have to cut bolts out. I have never done these jobs as only familiar w/ Gen 2 Prius so any advice?? I plan to get new OEM lines and hardware where I can. Probably need a new power steering pump too.
