i'm new up in here, i have a 4runner, mainly due to the price. i was looking for a taco or runner for under 5k (in colorado that's IMPOSSIBLE with tacos, so it was predetermined that i would end up in a 4runner).

one nice young lady thought she had a 4runner with non working diff lock so they took the price down to $4k on a 2000 4runner with 164,000 miles on it. i bought it on spot, thinking my neighbor and i could fix that....i drove it home and didn't think about it til the next day, so i went out to try the diff anyway - from what i can tell, she just put it in neutral hit the button and didn't move, kind of how you engage 4wd, but obviously we all know you need to move a bit for diff to engage. anyway the diff works fine lol. so i got a pretty god deal on a great machine.

2000 4runner 4wd black (rattle can painted green) 3" OME lift with fj80 front springs in the back that work amazing and OME 881s in front. working on bumpers now.

It’s a 2005 - I’ve had it for a while but I’ve been out to lunch on Tacoma world for a bit

it was white, now it’s rattlecan tan. So far Ive added jba offroad UCAs, CVJ reman cvs up front with red boot, old man emu up front, and aluminess bumper in front, shackle flip in rear (at the time I couldn’t afford the lifted springs, building a new camper so I may have to add them) the pic below is with the flippac - she’s a beater but I only paid 5k for her and I love the thing. The flippac blew up in the way that they do so now I’m building something I’m sure is too big, but we will see how it goes. E9F6401B-5FA3-44B8-A09D-DD7C3391D60E.jpg
Below is a pic of the new camper from the side - flatbed on the taco behind it - old bed is gone. 8D2E4EEB-99AA-4E34-9DC1-5997A8394524.jpg

That rattlecan looks pretty good. I've been wondering if I should paint or wrap my super white since the paint is going to shit.
