    With the wheel off, looking at the engine through the passenger wheel well behind the shock, I saw what looks like a hose barb with no hose on it. Am I missing a part? 2007, 4.0, manual 6, 5 lug bastard.

    Dont worry, your not missing anything. That is a engine block coolant drain pepcock.
    If you really want to do a through coolant flush you open those inaddition to the radiator drain.

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    Yep you can attach a hose to it to drain coolant from the block with minimal mess, there is also one on the drivers side in the same position but it's much harder to see.
