Osram H4 on stock harness?

    Bilsteins 5100, dobinsons coils, Apex Badlands winch, and lots of stickers
    So possibly stupid question; Can I run Osram H4 bulbs on the stock wiring harness? I just got the shipment of bulbs and I’m still waiting on the upgraded harness, but my headlights are already apart because I was putting new housings in. Can I run them stock or should I wait for the harness?

    You probably should have just asked this in the same thread with allllllllll the information regarding the harness and bulbs. Yes you can run them, but they won't be any improvement as they won't be getting the power they need

    You’re probably right, but this way if someone in the future googles the same question as me it’ll come up as it’s own thread. Thank you for the answer though.

    There’s a chance they might (most likely) overheat and burn your wires…you NEED the harness.

    Alright so I went ahead and took the bulbs out and put my stock ones back in. Thank you guys for the help.

    The only downfall is the lifespan it’s about 150 hours. But I’ve seen them they are bright.
