    Hey folks,

Looking into getting a levelling kit for my 2015 DCLB. Currently sitting on 265/75/R16 KO2s. What would you recommend?

I've heard a lot about Bilstein's 5100s and just wondering if they live up to the hype as far as reliability to cost ratio goes.

    No, 5100s are junk.

Not worth it, don't buy them.

Just an example of what you'll see! Searches are often encouraged as you'll find the same questions asked daily. Same goes for tires!

Bilstein 5100s are an extremely popular choice amongst all truck owners of different brands, and for good reason. They're stupidly affordable, they're quality components (for the money), and they offer a wide variety of options for a same vehicle even. There's a reason why you'll hear about them a lot.

By the way, welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the warm welcome! What do you recommend instead for a relatively inexpensive levelling kit?

I wasn't against Bilstein 5100s if you read what I posted. Was simply being facetious in my first statement.

Buy the Bilsteins, they're already really affordable.

I run 5100 OME 888x on the front of mine and 5160 with a deaver Expedition series leafs in the rear.

I like them for the money. Imho the truck rides and behaves well for an entry level lift.
