I was gonna say don't drink the water including any drinks with ice cubes, but I see you're coming from Maple land. Now that I think of it....don't drink the water including anything with ice cubes! lol. If you come by the Wash DC region let me know.....Some cool areas here you need to check out as a tourist for sure!

my Dad uses 4 ratchet tie downs. I didn’t believe it until I watched him replace his side by side springs. I’ll never use those spring clamps again. I’ll be swapping from 600lbs to 700lbs springs next month so I should find out if they will work on some larger springs.

    ok google USA customs lol

I usually stop every 4-4.5 hrs when driving so kinda pinpoint where you want to stop to fill up. Look on tripadvisor for places you may want to stop at. thats usually a great source for ideas.

i appreciate the info!! Definitely the 101 all the way to LA as we dip into national parks and public land along the way. Back up through Vegas, Salt Lake City on the way back. Obviously finding as many dispersed opportunities as possible.

This may seem ridiculous but it works brilliantly.. 2 people sleeping in the bed of the truck with a topper and a big dog can get muggy… these vents work wonders!! Nice fresh cool air coming through. Close em to keep out the dust when driving.

Yesterday I added the molle panel on the cab side of the bed. Builtright Industries, I like that all the hardware is black and it mounts behind the header rail. Unlike the Victory 4x4 ones on the sides.

    100_0447 (3).jpg

Also added the 1st aid kit in a Condor rip-away pouch.

There is an abandoned turnpike in Pennsylvania that is different. Just google abandoned Pennsylvania turnpike. I thought one could still drive on it but now I’m not so sure.

Looks good man, I love that it mounts behind the rail.

Secondary question. Did your cap come with that mounting? or did you edit it a bit? I see that it looks like a bolt through the cap into the rail. Mine has those giant clamps that get in the way of everything.

Thanks. That's how the shop installed the cap. I assume that hardware is what LEER provided them with my order. Don't think those guys would have been smart enough to come up with something on their own. They couldn't even wire the keyless lock(2 wires.)
My last cap had those giant clamps too. Maybe LEER came up with what they think is a better install method recently?
