Nettles Hurt far more then Poison Ivy .

Itching with Poison Ivy can drive you crazy. Mom would tape mittens on my Hands or I would claw the skin off.

I remember getting shots I had it a Few Times that bad

Now don’t go encouraging everyone to come here. (Except Shane, of course) Don’t want it to get too crowded!

Smirnoff actually moved to the USA in 1934 and is currently distilled in Plainfield, Ill.

Many years ago a friend was a researcher at UNH and they were to move into a new building. Word went out that everything was fair game before they had a chance to get organized. He had to run over & chase people off. I think he also had to chase down some items which had already been taken.

    Goodmorning crew :pccoffee:
Guess we had 2" of rain last night and tornado warning for a couple of counties South of home.
I slept through it all, went to bed little before 8 PM.

Looks like might be belly crawl in water this morning, they had good rain here at work too.
I'm the one who signed off on work order to cut the hinge portion of this manhole cover off. A couple of the other guys assigned to it were sniveling yesterday. I show them one with easy access (not underneath our trailer) and they could see it shouldn't be that difficult. I figure we're going to need a 4x4 block of wood or something similar....so we can use just the tip...of Sawzall blade. There's not much room below where we need to cut.

Could be worse… having to weld it in those conditions. Surprised angle grinder wasn’t a plausible choice… Pipeliner disc is plenty narrow. LikeButta!

That would create sparks otherwise would be a first choice. Even though there would be minimal chance of anything catching fire....they get nervous.

I remember going for a series of shots to prevent me from getting it, they did not help at all.

The good news; supervisor said if there's a bunch of standing water down there, then we'll put the work off until it dries out.

Don't know exactly why, but this scene from "Armageddon" comes to mind...
