    I like that. Plenty of brewers try to pack it in, when it’s unnecessary. Sure, I appreciate a strong brew, when the boldness of the flavors fit. Or when they can sneak it in as subtleness. Nice brew! I’m looking forward to the others…

    I typically enjoy a saison. This one was straight gasoline, an ungood, boozy taste. I took one sip and said out loud, “oh, dear lord!” After the second sip, down the drain it went.
