Leveling kit, wheel spacers, personally fabricated modified frame, and some sweet diamond plate to cover up a smashed driver side! Because I was stupid
I’ve been doing alot of work and figuring it out as I go so I am posting my experience and what I’ve found out to hopefully help someone else that does something stupid like get stuck in a water hole 3/4 of the way up the side of their truck. So I changed my ECU the truck would turn over but not fire up. The diagnostic plug (where you plug in a scanner) Under the driver side dash has 2 rows of female contacts, (forgive me if I don’t have the correct name) I put a jumper, paperclip or whatever in the 4th contact from left on the top row, the I put it in the 4th from the right on the bottom row. Turn the key all the way without cranking and let it set for 30min give or take. After that I turned the key off removed the jumper. Turn the key and the truck fired right up.
    Hope this helps

You likely need to use TechStream (or go to a dealer) to have your Toyota G-key programmed to the new ECU.
It's probably the immobilzer anti-theft feature causing this to happen.
