This is my first post on TW! I've been a member for a while but I've decided to create a build post for my 2003 Tacoma as I'll be moving to Montana and I'mg going to live out of it. I bought it in Colorado this past summer (8/22) while we were on a road trip. This is what she looked like the day I bought her:
I also bought a truck camper from my dad's friend and fit the truck pretty well (these small campers are pretty hard to find).

Then it was time to drive my new rig home. Did I mention it's manual? I had no idea how to drive manual and I was a 36-hour drive from home. I stalled a lot but I made it home to NH. I needed to clean up the front end so I painted it black and got new headlights.

Then I painted my camper I didn't like the faded off-white color.
I think it turned out pretty good, looks a lot cleaner than before. I added a Jerry can and some traction boards to the back of the camper.

I wanted to make it sound better so I put a Flowmaster Delta Flow 40 on the truck. I had to add a 24" pipe and connect it to the stock one that bends over the axle.

I installed a URD short-throw shifter to make shifting a little snappier and quicker.

I did a full renovation to my 1995 Hallmark La Veda camper. I painted the cabinets and walls, stained the countertop + table, put in a new floor and reupholstered the cushions. I think it came out pretty good. Also, I put 2 100W solar panels on the roof which is enough for me. The camper has a heater, fridge, stove, sink and fan.

Next up: front bumper. I went with the Coastal Offroad front bumper because I think it looks better than the other bumpers for 1st gen's and it has a high clearance.

I repainted my grille and I used black rock guard paint on the side of the truck (rocks were chipping my paint.) I was going to powder coat the front bumper I just used the rock guard paint because it's cheaper and I'm going to put a winch in and I'll have to weld some tabs in for it so I'll just powdercoat it all later. Then I put the camper on the truck to complete the rig:

Also I made a subwoofer box that fits inside the cab of the truck:
