Sorry if I misinterpreted, but it was not running dry with a 19.5gal fill up.

I do see a lot of confusion about how modern FPs work though. I know when I started messing with one the first time, I was a bit surprised to seeing a full current, unsealed connector in a bath of fuel and fuel vapor.
