Silver Sky 2019 Tacoma SR, AC, 4X2, 2.7

I have the long bed on my 2019 Tacoma. Anyone else have issues with the back 2 foot of the tonneau cover rails not laying flat on the bedrails like in the pictures below? From where my finger on back the rail sticks up on both sides. That rubber seal is suppose to be compressed between the cover rail and the bed caps on my truck rails.
