I know this has probably been answered but I'm new here and am still learning. Could you answer this question? I have a 21 SR with the steel 16" rims with 245/70/R16 tires. I have found a set of TRD 16" wheels that have 265/75/R16 tires. Can I just replace those with my current ones or will there need to be something else done? They have been taken off the current truck tire and all. Thank you and sorry if something like this has been asked before.

Thank you! So, won't need to have it realigned or anything?

Re-aligned? Most likely no. Not unless you had issues with that prior to swapping tires. But you should have them balanced properly.

The work involved is daunting... you have to convert your truck from an SR to an SR5 first, then convert it again to TRD trim level... either Off-Road or Sport.... since you are looking at 16" wheels that means Off-Road... which is good, that means you need a don't need to find the hood scoop. They are in demand... I'm don't envy you with this...

So lift your truck, remove the old wheels, install the new wheels and tires, with the appropriate alloy lug nuts and when you are done, make sure to stand back and admire your work.
