5100 with stok coil spring and icon rxt option 3 a the rear

I whant to change my ome leafspring because they all ready make a "w" with icon rxt set at 3 option.

In front i have bilstein 5100 whit stock coil spring.

I whant to know if my truck gonna have the rear realy higher whit the icon compare to ome?

If somebody have picture of their taco whit icon rxt set at option 3 whit 2" or 2.5" in front i will apreciate.
