New to me 2013 DCLB sport 4x4

Been a while since I have been active in this forum. I owned an ‘08 RC 4x4 MT for the last 5 years and loved that little truck. Never gave me any serious problems.

Well fast forward 5 years and the same girl that talked me into buying that truck and I now own a house and plan to start a family. Needless to say a RC is already limited on space and safety. So add the idea of a car seat and a small human, time for an upgrade!

Searched long and hard to find what I wanted, and with the price of used vehicle right now it was tough to limit my budget to under $30K. Almost pulled trigger on a nice 2011 sport 4x4 with only 30K on the ODO, but then this one popped up locally with 69K for less $$ than the 2011 2.5 hrs away.

I was given a fair price on my 2008 trade in and took this one home. Very clean truck, yet it qualifies for the frame service campaign so I may get a brand new frame on it in 2 years. I hate silver vehicles but somehow my last 3 have been that color (function over form all day), she looks a lot better with the black wheels though. I miss the hell out of the manual transmission but the 6’ bed was a must for my lifestyle so hopefully she treats me well!
