    Hi TW!

I picked up a 2022 TRD OR MT in MGM at my local dealer two days ago. Haven't had a 4X4 in a decade, but owned a bunch of variously-modded YJ and TJ Wranglers (lifts, tires, gears, lockers, winches, recovery gear, bumpers, lights etc.) in the past as well as a few compact and full-sized GM pickups, Land Rovers, and Mitsubishi Pajeros/Monteros. Family and friends have sworn by the stock performance and reliability of Gen 2 and Gen 3 TRD OR Tacomas for years, and I decided to test their conjectures.

I took the Tacoma on a light trail with the dog today to learn the transfer case and locker engagement procedures. What a pleasure! The Tacoma's performance was indeed impressive. It appears to live up to its reputations.

You guys and gals sure have an enormous repository of very useful information here on TacomaWorld. Looking forward to learning the capabilities of these vehicles along with the wealth of knowledge supplied from this forum. I'm in the Treasure Coast region of Florida, and would love to meet some local folks for wheeling and/or wrenching. Holla holla, y'all!
