Man, helping the girlfriend sort through a job offer. I feel super lucky how much advice I was able to get from my family when I was in that position, and happy that I can help her with it. Its a fucking maze and they don't teach it anywhere.

Man, been almost 2 months since I got a haircut. I normally got one every week then pushed it to 2 weeks.

But new house and new puppy kept me busy

Nothing like getting a cut at my fav spot where you walk in to getting a beer handed to you for breakfast and a lot of catching up.

My beard was almost down to my clavicle.

I'll trim my beard once a week, but my barber cuts a lot more off when I get a haircut. More like I request much more off cuz he shapes it better than I do.

I had one of both, my mom grew up in a large family (1 of 5 kids) in the midwest without much money. She always talks about how she had to split a piece of chewing gum between her and her 3 sisters and how their family car had the floor boards rusted out so you could see the street below.

my dad was an only child and my grandfather owned a really successful carpet store.

if I wanted stuff as a kid I would always ask my dad and hope that he wouldn't refer me to my mom haha.

The 90s pack looks way better than the 80s pack. Why the jean jacket and the rat tail?

I didn't even bother asking, what was nice was once I started making money mowing grass, they would let me buy whatever I wanted (within reason). So Jr high my game was upped, the bike was upgraded and the PS was upgraded to a PS2 in that photo. Still rocked rogue spear into high school and almost failed out because I got heavily addicted to playing it online. I'm almost 40 now and stay away from online RPG shooters for that reason! I relapsed when COD modern warfare came out.

I was the oldest, so it kind of sucked just having my shit taken by my little sister.

She grabbed me Gameboy (at age 3?) from where I left it cause I paused it for a second, and she ran and tossed it in the bathtub.

The bathtub was getting filled in preperation for her bath :bananadead:

I was soooo pissed and remembered playing my GB with the 1/4 the top of the display just being blank. Sucked for certain games like Mortal Kombat where you couldn't see your health bar...

LOL I can picture that so easily. Sofia grabs my keys, phone and wallet all the time and runs off and hides them in her kitchen playset...thank god she hasn't thought to throw them in the tub
