How much uptravel are you getting at ride height? Doesn’t look like much… i never understood mounting the link above the axle. I’d rather drag a link than limit my uptravel.

eye to eye my links are at 42” and 2” od. The highest I can go is center of axle before hitting on full up currently.

I think the 4wu rears are mounted pretty low though. SD is also a 3.75 housing which sucks.

Your essentially the same as mine. I know weve talked about it before and with my housing being 3.5, I’ve been held up by the links. They’ve definitely been dragged though lol

What’s ride height to the frame at? 5.25 seems like a lot for not modifying the frame at all. Not trying to call you out but looking at mine and @Yota X eith similar numbers and similar frame modifications and yours is no where near the same

Had some time so figured I would measure shit since clearance has come up.

Until I change pans this is where I lose 1/2” w the truss. Actually looks like 3/4. Fuck.

Xmas in June. Manifolds look pretty damn nice for the cost.
    2AC277A1-C905-48A4-931C-778F5395F150.jpg

LS heads are cool. This manifold can face forward, backwards, up and out either way, down and out either way. Smart! If they only designed water pump pulleys w a little more simplicity!

Got new water pump LS3 2008 corvette. Same problem just the other direction. It’s set back too far even with the 3/4 spacer. But, the pulley is way more compact. Just have to pull is out like 1/2”, prob tac weld it and maybe cut the front shaft thing down a little.
    0394C6BC-03E4-4576-A7B9-44DCDA818F6E.jpg 4A8E1ECE-BAC4-40E2-822E-F26A91C2E1A4.jpg

This is the LS1 pump off a Camaro that everyone claims is best but you actually lose space. This pic is not including the 3/4 spacer you have to run. You can see how massive the bell of pulley is. No room for radiator. You need one of those unfortunately.

    6C27B915-EA71-4521-960D-43CC9BEC19E5.jpg

Im gonna spend like a gazillion dollars figuring it all out and I’ll make a full list of parts and how to do it as cheap as possible for a sas Toyota specific application. For anyone who wants to suffer.

Oh yeah, broke my power steering pump pressing the pulley on. Well, I took old pulley off w special $40 tool and fucked up the shaft and couldn’t see that it was a standard thread that you can just run a bolt and nut w washer into that pulls pulley on. $160 mistake. Put on and leaked out the tank. Bad sign.
