Idk need some advice where to start or who to go to..thanks 2019 2.7L

Looking at that sheet... reading someone else's diagnostics... there seems to be a voltage issue between the relay and the EB1 connector. I am not sure if that is an 8 or a zero at the relay... and definitely a zero at EB1. If you know how to use a multimeter, then I would be tracing down that wire and finding out where is rubbed through or chewed through...

Maybe start by verifying that first number... the relay when triggered should have the same voltage coming out as coming in...

Tough to internet diagnose an issue when you don't provide all the information....

ECM failures are very rare... so you need to verify. That means isolate the circuit and check to make sure there is no issues in the wiring. You have only included one page of schematics, do you have the another that shows the termination point of the relay trigger? What is the .4ohms? Are they measuring resistance in the wire from the relay to the ECM... that seems higher than it should be... also the voltage 9v at the ECM? Plugged in... there should be no voltage drop... There are too many questions and not enough information here...

If it were me, I would ignore all of this information and start fresh. Start wringing out the fuel pump relay wiring and verifying everything is correct.

Wire distance is very short and under the relay tray.
