I have a 2013 4wd Tacoma with a 3” leveling kit and just got a set of 16x10 wheels. Offset is -24 and backspace is 4.5. What size tires do I need and will I need spacers?

Welcome to Tacoma World! 16x10 is a pretty wide wheel compared to stock. I'd suggest doing some searches for "16x10" on the top right search bar to see what others have done. 285/75/16 seems to be popular from what I saw. Even with a 3" lift/level you are going to have some clearance issues so be prepared for that and read as much as you can on this forum to understand the how and why.

Also take a look specifically in the Wheel & Tire subforum: https://www.tacomaworld.com/forums/wheels-tires.15/
