    So the subject pretty much sums it up what is the biggest setup i can safely run on a stock suspension 2nd gen trd sport taco?

    depends what you're using it for, and how much you might be willing to cut from the fender/cab mount.

    there's endless threads on this exact question, I believe completely stock without any modification is 265/75/16. might be 265/70

    It would be 95% on road usage and I am not willing to cut anything

    265/75R16 or 265/70R17 would be the largest you could safely running without needing to modify anything, that being said, if you have stock mudflaps you may need to remove them as the corner of the tire could catch at full lock.
