Good morning

 

So, Dave was talking to his friend, Mike.
He told him that he knows everybody.

“You can’t know everybody. I bet you don’t know Matthew McConaughey“

So, Dave flew him out to Austin and knocked on Matthew’s door…

“Dave! Alright, alright, alright! Come on in and let’s get caught up”

Mike was impressed but said “Okay, but I know you can’t know Clint Eastwood”

Dave flew him out to California and knocked on Clint’s door…

“Dave! You punk! You just made my day! Come on in”

Mike was really impressed now. “Okay, but you still can’t know everybody. You don’t know The Pope”

So, Dave flew him to The Vatican but security wouldn’t let Mike go in. He waited outside for Dave and His Excellency to appear together on the balcony for a speech. When they appeared he was really impressed. Then somebody tapped him on the shoulder…

“Excuse me. Can you tell me who that guy is on the balcony with Dave?”

@Gen1TacoLady Forgot to mention, Maryland State Trooper got me yesterday. Second time in this spot, so I shoulda known better. Just got a written warning... Ooops

47 in a 35...

I drive through this area every day, nobody does 35...

 

This reminds me of another great joke where punchline is "I don't know is in the back of that limo, but he sure must be important. His driver is the Pope!

 

Apparently they are cracking down on speed freaks in that area...

 

I got nailed by an Ohio State Trooper on highway 80 about 6 years back, for doing 85+ in a 75 zone. He politely suggested that as long as I kept it under 80, they would pretty much leave me alone. I took his suggestion and had no further encounters.

 

Yeah I thought so too but ya never know. It is @Delta09 after all!

 

They sit along there occasionally, I shoulda known better but wasn't paying attention. The 2nd gen doesn't have the digital speed readout I'm used to in the 3rd gen...
