    Looks like a Gen2.5 TRD Sport, but really an '08 TRD OffRoad
    TRD Supercharged / OTT Tuned
    For a supercharged engine, the crank pulley would need to be larger in diameter for more psi. And you run into possible tolerance/clearance issues.

    NST use to sell one. I believe @TRON has one?

    I think he means a wider pulley for 6 rib belts. Pretty sure clearance is why it's never been done.

    TRD Exhaust, URD Short Shift, TRD Supercharger, Hellwig rear sway bar, TWM shift knob, limo tint, URD Y-pipe, URD LT Headers, URD Rear O2 Sim, Custom tube front and rear bumpers, LED spot pods, K&N CAI
    We have looked into both of these things. (Larger crank, and higher rib system). Both failed due to clearance issues. At that point you have diminished returns of power for work and effort put in. Might as well look into an engine swap.

    I could do it. I'm certain I could. But, I won't. I priced everything out at one point and it was well over $1500. Very little gains for the work, like you say. I'll add a turbo instead.

    What's in the way mostly? Radiator hoses is the only thing I can really think of. If they could be reworked it could be done.

    Run a stock length RPM belt 70.5" K070705RPM, stock tensioner, double bearing pulley for the tensioner with a longer bolt to support it, nothing further.

    I was thinking bigger but more ribs would be cool, if it was possible. I was thinking motor swap I have a brand new crate ls6 but in California to much headache I’m selling the ls6 for cash for the supercharger I just bought

    Well it’s for sale got the Ecu wiring harness and a turbo 400. gm crate 100 percent brand new bought from a dealer they don’t make it anymore

    Right now there is no solve for that issue but a "suck it up and deal with it" kind of situation. Hoping someone can come up with a good solid solution to it which eliminates those spacers and adds a tie in between the upper and lower retainer studs so this is less of an issue for everyone in the future. ;)
