Has anyone here tried to use the new Morimoto 4banger HXB lights as auxiliary highbeams? I wonder how they would compare against Diode Dynamics SS3 pros, or Baja designs racer edition pods…

Does anyone have any idea? I know that their fog lights are pretty impressive, but I haven’t seen anything about their combo or spotlight performance.

I’m looking to mount them in the ditch light location.

I have 4Banger HXBs in a spot pattern on my Tundra currently. I plan to, but I haven't formally tested them against the SS3 Max yet, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the performance thus far.

    Show the beams, man!! Lol

(even if not directly comparing them to the DD SS3 Max, or Pro spot beams.)

These look legit! I do wonder if there are performance differences with these and the DD Max - or even the DD Pro for that matter…

I'll get out there and formally test them... Someday :bananadead:

The days are long now so I have to commit to being out at 1AM to ensure I am not getting a bunch of light pollution!
