When do 22' order banks close and 23 MY open?

As title says,

about to put in another order and wondering if anybody has some insight on model year designation - Bank timeline.

 

No reason to wait or worry about it, they will be identical trucks regardless of being a ‘22 or ‘23.

 

Few new colors, BSM and other options may be dropped, or have been dropped from current production currently and quite possible a small price increase for 23'.

 

The 2023 Taccoma will be relatively unchanged. It won't be a new body style, you'll just get a few new or less features:

 

Since it's not an order but rather an allocation request, your best bet is to ask the dealer when they will start getting allocations for MY 2023 if that's what you want. My bet is it's still a ways off. Some of the requests they currently have will likely carry over to the next year if they aren't filled from MY 2022 truck allocations.

 

Not Toyota but a friend of mine was about to put in an order for a new Telluride a few weeks ago and the dealership told him that the order may be converted from a 22 to a 23 model year. So it’s already happening for orders of some makes/models.
