Thought I'd try them out like this for a bit til I change my mind.

Wyoming plates by themselves usually look pretty good with the bucking horse and national park scenery on them.

If you can’t find them. Try Bustabeatgeorge’s website. He still shows them in stock.

Installed PPF between the windshield and the sunroof and punched holes in the drip molding in preparation for my roof rack.

I’ll work on wiring from the Spod to the top of the windshield sometime this week and terminate the wiring in a 6pin Deutsch connector.

I got an all black silicon frame wrap thing off Amazon, I think the back of the plates need to be covered too. Maybe not on the Taco but on cars where it goes metal on metal the vibrations over the years messes with the paint. I don't really like advertising for free either

Kind of you to lend them a line. I wouldn’t get in that glacier fed river either!
Semi-related side note: That glacial silt is nasty stuff. It’ll get in your wheel bearings and exposed drivetrain stuff and wreak havoc. It’s not just the water crossings, but the mud is super fine too. Be sure and get after it with a pressure washer ASAP
Call me a baby, but I save the Jim creek runs for the winter to get all the way back to the glacier. Absolutely worth doing in the summer when the water is low, but not something I make a habit of. Definitely bring a capable friend or follow someone else when you go, and watch out for tweakers :goingcrazy:

What brand of speakers did you use? Honestly how hard is it to get the door panels off?

Added the mushroom tip (pre-cleaner), and a local dealership had the skid for 20% off 320 + tax.

I just turn the dealer frame around. So that the plate still has a frame but I'm not advertising for them

    Oh look, another mod....
I've never understood why people let dealerships put decals on their vehicles. It's free advertising for them!

Every single new vehicle that I have bought, I made the dealership remove the decal that they always put on the trunk deck lid or tailgate. I also have them remove the license plate brackets (those are worthless anyway).
