yes he is. I'm still getting used to the different color eyes. It's odd looking him in the face straight on...like something's out of focus. Probably just me, but I find the sensation odd, I wasn't expecting that.

Full disclosure, we bought him from a family in Anchorage. They were crossbreeding him with a Corgii (sp?). Basically you get pups with Australian Shepherd fur and eye colors, similar coat, but short legs. I didn't know that was a "thing." They had one litter, pups still there, cute little buggers.
They've decided they don't want to be in the puppy business and to rehome Yoshi. I think he'll be a good truck and cabin trip buddy. He's super friendly.

I had to change my poll answers...I just recalled I have bribed somebody. My first TDY (temporary duty) trip in the Air Force was to Panama. 1984, I was 19 years old. We were working on Howard Air Base and staying in hotel downtown. They briefed us to keep a $20 bill tucked away in our wallet, and if pulled over for traffic violation, pay the cop with the $20. My last week the cops on the bridge over the canal flagged me over. After talking with the cop captain, I pulled the bill out of my wallet to pay him. I was really impressed when he directed me to one of young 1 stripe cops, saying "give it to him, he has a wife and kids."

If you didn't pay the $20, you might have to be extended in country while your "case" made it's way thru the courts there. Thinking of it now, $20 ain't much, I guess it was still a decent amount in Panama 38 years ago.

This is Huck (short for Huckleberry), mini Aussie. We re-homes him about 3 years ago, he's approx 5 years old now. My Little buddy
