2022 Offroad keeps beeping at me, did I offend it?

About every third or fourth time I cut the engine (push button) and open the driver's door my truck it beeps at me, the same beep it makes on startup (beep, beep, beep). It is as if it thinks the engine is still on or something? I have to close the door, open it again, and close it again to get it to stop.

Today it was different, it did that beep and then a long continuous beep. I just opened the door, shut the door (now the long continuous one went to beep beep beep again, then one more open and shut and it stopped).

No warning lights, although it does show "door ajar" which is odd since the engine is turned off.

Am I getting out too quickly? Like maybe I am unlatching the door while the truck is still processing my push button engine off?

It's been doing this since I got it 2 months ago.

I notice that if I open the drivers door before shutting off the engine, it will beep until I close the door. However, if I shut the engine off first, then open the door, no beeps.

How closely are you opening the door after shutting off the engine?

 

My truck makes no beeps when I turn off the key and open the door.

 

^^ This. My 2021 beeps at me if I open the door first then shut the engine off. Once I shut the door the beeping stop. If I shut the engine off first all is quiet.

 

OK, thanks everyone. Yeah, I probably do them at the same time; maybe not really used to pushing the button so my left hand starts opening the door while my right hand is still wondering why there is no key...
