Where are the best points to put the jack stands for a standard single cab 2.7L Tacoma that is not lifted. A diagram would be great. I tried searching the forums but "no results found." Can anyone help?

I almost always use the rear diff or the front center support.
If you want to play it safe, use the location that the Owners Manual says under “Changing Flat Tire”.
