1999 White Tacoma PreRunner

I recently put a hitch receiver on my 2019 Tacoma Access Cab. I purchased the Plug in Simple 4 flat 7 blade receptacle for the bumper. I can't seem to find the harness that goes from the back side of the 7 blade receptacle to plug into the truck wiring located behind the bumper. It looks like it may be 2 rows of 5 pins. Two Toyota dealers have told me there is nothing listed.
