Whenever I park and apply parking brake my 08 drivers side rear brake locks up if I let it roll back any little bit. I have to put it in 1st gear to pop it loose or take tire off and brake hub and it will pop loose. It is like it is canting over to the rear and putting itself in a bind. My shoes are worn pretty thin, what could be the problem?

Shoes, hardware and clean contact points on backing plate. Also check the parking brake cables for any cuts in the sleeve allowing water or dirt in. Doesn't take much for a cable to get sticky
