This was the great busing of the late sixties.

Lets bus the kids from the very poor section of town .The projects the ghetto etc.

To the school where all the upper middle class and rich live this worked quite well.

By luck and weird township lines I got tossed into the mess and did not mix with either group.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I have a couple of those. Every time I stumble across one, I think to myself "I wonder what new use I can think of for that thing" then I
move on to some other "useful" piece of junk, and have the same thought! Ahhh the life of a pack-rat!

The only real difference that I see is that most of the girls in that first pic probably weren't pregnant at the time. :D

Let’s be honest here….. you don’t really know that. The chic on the right looks like it could be possible.

I didn’t go because we were practically on bivouac ourselves. They sent us to some dinky little snowbound town on the border where you couldn’t get housing or fresh food or American television.

I think it was a big disappointment to my girlfriend and, well frankly she was a big disappointment to me in the end. She came from a good family, was the class valedictorian, and taught piano. Her dad was the shop teacher at our high school and he taught me to weld.

Then she went off to some Democrat convention in Minneapolis, and when she came back she was stoned & after that we never got along.

When they fit that tight, they are no longer slacks…

Slacks were invented so you’d have a place to carry your chain and your switch blade. (Revolver goes in the coat.)

    Because, "Disco sucks."
