    Yesterday will driving home I noticed my check engine light was on so I scanned it and showed p0500 code what is the vss1? Is it on the transmission and does the abs system have anything to with the vss I do have c0215/c0210 abs light comes on but I just turn it off and restart it and it goes away thanks

    Start by checking the wiring along with removing and cleaning the rear ABS sensors. Do the same for the VSS sensor on the transmission. Speedo cluster would also cause the issue but start with the easiest and cheapest route first.
