FWIW, my 2021 OR looks the same. There really are no easy adjustments to make. To move the L seat back you need to remount the seat to the bracket. To move the R seat forward, the same issue or you could load up on some washers where the seat bracket attaches to the truck.

So I used my truck today to transfer a queen size bed, and other furnishings...helping our son move into a different apartment. After I got home and put all the tie-downs and moving blankets away I noticed the same issue with my rear seat as this thread. I said to my self...NO WAY. Flipped the seats only to find that one of the seat belt buckles was under the seat not allowing it to fully close. Problem solved.

That’s the conclusion I came to also. I am thinking it may be best to just live with it.

You might be able to install a few washers as spacers, to move one seat further out and correct the alignment. Did you flip both seats up and really look at the hinge assembly? There has got to be some play in the attachment points. My seats align just fine when correctly closed.

Looked at everything I could hoping it was something simple, there is very little play in all mounting bolts.
