I was wondering if anyone knew the bolt size that goes into the rivnut?

I had this rack installed by a company and today I noticed two bolts were 10mm and the rest are 11mm. One of the 10mm wont even tighten and the lock washer wasn't even flat or locked into place. Shop is closed today (cali raised off-road) and I sent an email to prinsu already.

Really hope the rivnut isn't stripped. I will be using the truck later this week just trying to get it figured out asap. :/
