The list is long but distinguished
I borrowed @RippNSh!t 's design and cobbled together a deck. Not pretty but the end result come out well enough. Used 3/4" Baltic Birch shop grade plywood and roll on Raptor coating to finish it off.

It’s easy and simple about 4 hour build. 1/2” plywood and for the hinge attachment 5/16-18 x 3/8 T-nuts and 5/16 x 1 bolt (I believe that is correct) I cut the bolts down so not to extend through. 1x2 for rear foot glued and screwed, a coat of flat black paint and then glued and stapled on carpet. I used cardboard to make my template. I cut down the passenger side a little more to fit some of my wife’s camera boxes or what ever I need to put there. My original template has both sides the same length. I think for me the most stressful part was finding the hole location for the T-nut hinge attachment.

What a wonderful way to create a rear platform. What appeals to me is it's simplicity, use of OEM mounting points (so that you can return to stock form with the spin of a ratchet) and weight savings over other designs.

In another vehicle, I made a false floor that bolts into the same bolts the rear seat used, and can easily be removed should I want to return it to stock. Everything then bolts to the false floor.

i'd love to hear how well this stuff holds up longer term. i would expect the 2k formulation would make for slightly better hardness.

been using this lately on a number of projects, i'm really happy with the texture and finish quality, though a buddy has tried it as actual bed liner, and it doesn't hold up for very long

I recently used this stuff on my hardshell rooftop tent and it turned out pretty good, but I decided to try the Herculiner spray over the top of it and honestly it's even better. They are really similar, but I like the Herculiner a bit more.

Also, I used the roll on Herculiner for my seat delete and have been really happy with it. The trick is to get the right roller type.

What is it about Hurculiner that you like better?

The herculiner spray lays down a little bit thicker than the Rust-Oleum one does, so it covers up imperfections better and has a slightly rougher texture. It's also easier to get an even finish. I tried raptor liner as well and it's just not as good as the herculiner.

And for roll on, get a roller like this if you can find one in stock. The ones you get at the hardware store are not porous enough and you won't get enough texture to the finish.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
If you want something durable for a roll on, this stuff is crazy good. I have it on my front bumper, two coats, and it is solid. Available in quarts and goes on well with a rough surface roller. https://www.monstaliner.com/

Do you have any pictures of this going together? What did you use to make it? This is pretty much exactly what I want to do and then try to put the Kicker Hideaway underneath. Thanks
