Turn signals and running lights not working

I recently installed fog lights and grill lights on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma for about two weeks now either the turn signals don’t work are the running lights don’t work I have checked everything going to put it in the shop tomorrow is anybody else know what could’ve caused this

 

As in, none of them turn on at all ?
Do the rear signals work ?
What did you tap into for your fogs and raptor lights ?
I would go back through and undo whatever you tied into to see if there was anything cut, or shorted out when installing the new gear

Just the front running lights and turn signals back turn signals work fine been in the shop for two days they can’t figure it out they unplug the fog lights and grill lights to see if it’s aftermarket

 

Is the shop working on it a Toyota dealer ? And we’re they the ones that installed everything ?

Yes the shop is working on it now been there for two days they also have Toyota in on it I install the lights basic red and black wires watch mini videos
