Tailgate Pad Tonneau Cover

I’ve got a 2016 double cab with a long bed. I’m looking to purchase a Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover for it.
Want the cover to put my bike under it when traveling or at work (front wheel removed).
On the weekends I would like to use my tailgate pad.
Will the bike (Stumpjumper) fit in the bed with the cover folded twice or will I need fold it all the way upright to the cab?

I don't have the Mx4 myself but looking photos of it, I don't think it will fit as you described.

For reference, I have an OEM trifold from Toyota and I use a tailgate pad to move my bike (e.g. front wheel hung over the tailgate). It fits fine with some room to spare towards the cab. Don't think you'll have the same luck with the MX4.
