I have a 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 with a 6" Procomp lift, SPC Uppers (25470) and stock
lowers. I cranked the kit up to 8" and went to get it align. I set the caster to the "D" position when I installed the uppers.
During alignment, the tech said that he had to spin the SPC ball joint around 180 to put put the camber into spec (SPC words are facing in now). Then he said he could get everything into spec but I am maxed out my tie rod threads.

I'm planning on adding a 0.5" spacer to gain another inch or so but Im afraid that he will say that he's unable to align due to my tie rods already being maxed out.

Is there any adjustments that we could to the UCAs or LCAs that will give us back some of that thread on the tie rods after I add the 0.5" spacer?

Will any caster adjustments help my tie rods gain some thread back?

Rubbing isn't an issue since Im riding pretty high.

Thank you so much in advance

You need a new alignment guy. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

8" is already a lot, you may have reached the limits of the steering range.

Take a pic of the front tie rods if you can.

You can 100% use camber and caster to adjust for toe, but it's not a typical scenario.

I've also never seen SPC's on a drop bracket lift. They usually don't need arms, but it sounds like you have huge spacers on lift coils.

Agreed. Take it back with the sheet and ask him to start over, or get someone else to do it. Did he align it to factory specs or your specs? I've always had to request how I want them to max out the rear LCA cam, back off just a hair, finish setting caster with the front cam then setting the camber at the upper ball joint. The extra adjustment at the upper usually throws an alignment tech off somewhat.
