PLEASE HELP!! Hello everyone! I’m new here and hoping to find some others who have experienced a similar issue to the one that I’m having, so hopefully I can be led in the right direction! I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Xtra-Cab 3.4 V6 Auto Trans and it’s 4X4 I’m having an intermittent misfire issue this usually happens when the truck is first started it will idle rough and feel almost if the whole truck is vibrating and slightly shaking not extremely violent or anything but noticeable enough to make things in the cup holders and other things shake too. The CEL will usually come on within a few minutes and every time I’ll have a P0300 code (Random multiple cylinder misfire detected). along with a P0301, P0303, P0305. OR a P0302, P0304, and P0306 Every time the light comes on I have the Random multiple cylinder misfire code and the mis is isolated to one of the two banks it’s always either codes for Cylinders 1,3 and 5 or 2,4 and 6 Every time 3 out of the 6 cylinders are affected. This mis is NOT noticeable while driving only at idle it’s most noticeable under 1k RPM
So far i have replaced the following:
Spark plugs (Denso). Gap is correct
    Fuel filter
    Air filter
    Cleaned throttle body
    Tried fuel system cleaner

Just for general reference within the last 75k miles I’ve replaced:
    Timing belt
    Water pump
    New radiator
    New radiator hoses
    Fresh coolant
    New starter
    New battery
    All belts
    Valve cover gaskets
    Plenum gasket and more

The battery and alternator are both testing good. I don’t believe the problem to be related to a fuel injector or coil pack I feel like it would be isolated to fewer cylinders if that were the case and I’ve had a misfire code show up on every cylinder at different times

For example last week I was getting codes for cylinders 1,3, and 5 and this week I’m getting codes for 2,4, and 6.

It seems to straighten up after driving it for a while and coming back and starting it up again ( not always) But often times I’ll go back and the CEL will be turned off and seem to be running normally.
I haven’t replaced spark plug wires yet
    PLEASE HELP
Or if anyone could point me towards a thread that may be able to help I really appreciate it!!!
