Bought me some new tires and wheels. want to sell the stockers with the tpms in them so i got some tpms from rock auto to have em put in when the tires get mounted. issue i have is i still got to get cmc uca and alignment done before i can put the tires on the truck. can most tire shops clone the new sensors so i can swap em in later like folks do with winter tires??? dont really wanna buy a tpms programmer tool since i already spent a bunch on tires wheels and sensors and i doubt ill use it more than once.

    got these https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=12306309&cc=3445493&pt=12036&jsn=395

First off, what year is your Tacoma? Second and third Gen Tacomas have very different TPMS.

That sensor say “no programming before installation”. And it does not say it is a clone sensor. There are different TPMS tools to read, clone, and program sensors.

For third Gen, in order to put new sensors ID numbers into the TPMS they Need to be programmed to the truck.
