Adding Manual Hubs

    99 4Runner SR5 2WD
    99 4runner with ADD, converting to manual hubs on ABS spindles I got from a local T4R member going SAS. Included were a set of CVs with silicone boots still attached to the hubs, the PO ran out of time/tools to remove them before I arrived to collect it all.

    I had a good time removing the conical washers but some PB Blaster and a brass drift made easy work of it. Here is where I am now...

    I've got a bunch of stuff planned before installing the spindles, like welding gussets on and amassing some hard to find spare parts. The bearings are not original but not brand new, they feel/mic good.

    Any info or advice is welcome, thanks!

    Great deal. Those cone washers can be significant emotional events sometimes.
