Just noticed my paint is chipping on driver passenger rear window. How can that be??

dealer says VIN# doesn’t call for warranty, what??
    Anyone have the same issues?

    What’s next?
    Thanks

You aren't only one.... Tacoma owners have that problem since 2016.

You can repaint it or take it to shop.

Or take it to digital wrap shop to cover that up.

This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse for a late-model vehicle to have paint issue such as this. I traded in a 2004 Ford that sat outside a few miles from the ocean for most of its life and the paint looked as good as the day I purchased. If that truck was mine I would get some matching paint and use a fine artist paint brush on those bare spots. And in the mean time I would file a claim against Toyota. If I had been aware of this issue I would have never purchased my 2022.

    Your data?
Even here in a big poll, most white truck owners (several hundred) had no white paint problems.
