Truck won't run 1999 Tacoma

    1999 toyota tacoma
    Second time I had to replace the starter. It was running fine and then all of a sudden it stopped running. The starter is good and everything electrical is good. Truck doesn't even turn over.

    If the battery and starter are good, that leaves the ignition switch and/or a blown relay/fuse.

    Is this exactly what happened or does it not start back up after turning it off.

    The battery is fine. I tested it already and checked all the fuses already.
