    People who ride like that need to have their bikes confiscated and spend a few years in prison. There is nothing "cool" about it. They are getting high on a speed thrill that involves avoiding other people to achieve. This is beyond reckless...it is so dangerous it "shocks the conscience", a term the rider is likely to hear if he goes to court after getting caught doing something like this. There are avenues available where you can ride as fast as you want or stunt all that you want, there is absolutely no justification for doing it on public roads.

    Being a motorcycle rider and a police officer, I tend to be lenient when dealing with motorcyclists. I would be a man on a mission, however, if I caught a rider speeding in traffic like that or pulling 90+ mph wheelies down the interstate.
