Hyperflashing out of nowhere

Welcome to my Tacoma Talk, I have a '21 w/ v5 meso turn signals, meso TT stage 1's and custom headlights w/ rx350 ballasts and LED DRL's. I have had no hyperflashing since install of all of these components, and have not adding anything new to my truck recently. 2 days ago I began experiencing hyperflashing when my driver's side turn signal comes on. All of my turn signals work EXCEPT for the drivers side v5 turn signal it goes out when I turn on the drivers side turn signal. On another note, all signals work when I turn the hazard lighs on and function properly.

Any ideas on what is causing this? TIA

 

Sounds like you have a problematic V5.

i would swap the stocker mirror signal back in and see what happens.

 

Tried that still hyper flashing. With the stock turn signal installed though it lights up when hyper flashing (v5 wouldn't light up during hyper flash)

 

That is bizarre for sure. What turn signal do you have installed up front? Bulb? LED?

 

rx350 ballasts w/ osram HID bulbs if I remember correctly

Sorry I misread that. They are LED. DD or morimoto I can't remember
