So I was in a very minor fender bender (what appeared to be) someone slowed down on freeway for no reason while I was fidgeting radio and I rear ended them...pulled over gave info and literally not a scratch on either vehicle. Drive to work...from then on it seemed to progressively happen...the truck is like Shakey and obviously operating abnormally. And it seems I have a small loss in acceleration as well as more play when on any incline in P and letting off the brake. Les Schwab checked suspension etc and balanced wheels and torqued lugs they found nothing but suggest an alignment but it doesn't seem that would cause it to shake when stopped. I did the power brake test and the engine slightly rumbles but looks nothing like any of the videos online and I figure small movement is to be expected. Everywhere I look opens different possibilities any advice would be much appreciated!

Lots of possibilities, what speeds were you traveling at? What did you hit? What feels "like shakey" the wheel? Your seat as you're driving down the road? At what speeds do you feel shaking? How many miles are on your truck? What's new and what's been replaced? Is your truck lifted?

What about your truck is "operating abnormally"? Airbag deployment? Were you riding the brakes when you crashed?

Shaking when at a stop can be broken motor components, broken motor mounts, broken tranny mount, a tweaked crossmember, or any number of other things.

So my truck has around 97k I was traveling approximately 40-50mph and hit a Camry that wasn't going much slower. And yes shaking in both wheel and seat. Had to rearrange my glove box to get noises to stop. And I do feel the light shaking when stopped but it my noticable on free way especially around Tacoma WA with our shit roads and potholes. No airbag when I say not a scratch I mean there was nothing. I drove to work and had a co worker who tends to use his mechanical inclination for side Hussle take a look. He immediately checked frame and didn't notice anything wrong. I'm due for brakes and an oil change admittedly but def haven't gone long and have checked oil. Less Schwab did there check because they suspected suspension issues and said everything was fine. There was a slight improvement after they torqued down the lug nuts but it didn't go away. The engine sounds different and idle almost seems to be trying harder? But no high rpm idle...I know I'm not good at explaining I work on houses and am literally retarded when it comes to vehicles....I had suspected motor mounts after research and done the power brake test but also don't know what to expect exactly when accelerating the motor because I figured some movement is normal and the motor def dousnt jump up and down like I saw in tutorial videos...

Iv made small attempts at the alignment test like when traveling straight take hands off wheel to see if it drifts and it dousnt exactly seem to. Again the roads around here make it hard to judge...but the shaking in steering wheel is def more noticeable to me when on freeway driving through the ruts caused from continued motorist. There's a better term for it then rut I believe...I was maybe suspecting loosened motor mounts? But couldn't find any info online about that or if that's even a thing. Again I'm mechanically retarded the help is very appreciated

Visually inspect the motor mounts or have someone do it since it’s shaking while stopped as well as when driving. I would also do an OBDII reader check for any codes. Check all moving parts especially fan and pulleys & belts with engine idling.

Ok you "bumped" a car traveling at highway speeds. No scratches, how about body lines? Go through the various panels and see if the gaps between em are consistently spaced. One fender closer to the hood at one end? hood not evenly spaced between everything all the way around? One headlight spaced differently compared to the other (looking around the light housing)?

Pop the hood and look at the fender bolts, anything look "different" or like it's moved recently?

Is the plastic bumper loose at all? give it a few shakes, same with the grill.

Tell me about rearranging your glove box. Did you hit hard enough to shuffle stuff in there?

What about the space between the cab and bed? Consistent the whole way on both sides?
