Sucks I'll have to tear all this shit apart again when I do them.

I didn't even know he was making that kit till a few days ago. Honestly, they will probably go on the pile of (next) winter's projects. But they are definately going on.

I got some dirt miles in today and cleaned up a few camp sites while I was out there. I hope everyone has a good 4th of July weekend.

Ran slick rock this weekend. It’s was a really rad trail. Pretty short. Water fall was fun and the gauntlet makes ya work for it. But in low low locked up i got through it without too much trouble. Crazy part was we had the trail to ourselves from Friday to this morning. The trail was a ghost town.

If anyone is like me…the money spent for groceries the Freedom Day ate up all the gas money for going anywhere beyond a 10 mile radius of my home. UGH!

Anyone down for Slick Rock on Saturday.

I've never done the trail, would prefer not doing it solo the first time, but going regardless.

Hoping someone familiar and capable is down to hit the rocks.

Tried to camp out between Long Barn and Dodge Ridge for "we're doing the unthinkable" holiday weekend. It was absolutely packed, and we couldn't find a spot near the water after several hours of looking (no thanks to a number of very questionable "gear as spot reservation" setups), so we ended up rolling up to Niagara Rim for some hiking, relaxing, and grilling. Did a quick solo run up the front stretch of NRT late Monday morning, turned around to check out the Bennett Juniper and Relief Reservoir, and still got back in time to catch the fireworks in Pleasant Hill and Concord. Not a bad way to spend the holiday at all.

Last weekend I checked Glass mountain. I've found that the trail to the top is blocked by a big obsidian piece. So, I tried to move it by winch but it was on a narrow edge and I decided to save some time and go on foot. Also updated sign on the trail start.

Lol can I ask the Tacoma that followed you. The 2nd gen. What size tires was he on? I’m thinking to maybe check it out this weekend. I have 265-70-17 with a 2-ish inch lift.
