Prinsu Access Cab install trouble

I am trying to install a prinsu roof rack on my 2012 access cab, but the holes(slots) in the front mounts are not lining up with the drip rails. It seems that if the slots were cut a little longer, it would work. I am thinking I got a bad set... The slots on the middle bracket and rear brackets are 1" and 1 1/8" in length. The front is 7/8". The drip rails, as you know, spread apart toward the front so I'm surprised the front slots are the shortest. Leaving the least amount of adjustment. I've moved it forward, backward, side to side and there is no way to get them to line up far enough into the center of the drip rails to fit the plus nuts. What am I doing wrong or are these cut too short?

 

I installed my prinsu access rack a few months ago. Everything worked out and no leaks. Have you tried resting the risers/spacers in the rain gutter to see if it helps with alignment?

 

I gave Prinsu a call Monday morning after staring at it all weekend and it turns out I received the wrong side rails. They are sending me the correct ones.
